If you see a fairy ring
In a field of grass
Very lightly step around,
Tiptoe as you pass;
Last night the fairies frolicked here,
And they’re sleeping somewhere near.
If you see a fairie or elf
Lying fast asleep,
Smile and leave a posey,
Though you may stay to peep;
It’s up to you if you ever tell
the secrets of the Dingle Dell
